1. After I signed up for the Newsletter, I tried to view the Free Sample videos,
but it kept asking me to sign up for the Newsletter again which I had already done so.
What can I do to view the Free Sample Videos?

If you have already signed up for the Newsletter and then tried to view the Free Sample Videos, and it kept asking you again to sign up for the newsletter of which you had already done so, then it is because you must enable your cookies in your computer. If you enable your cookies, then you will be able to view the free sample videos.
Here's how to enable your cookies for Windows Internet Explorer Ver. 6
Click Tools > Internet Options > Privacy Tab > Advanced > Deselect (override automatic cookie handling button > click OK at the bottom of the screen > click OK to exit.
(If you have another version of IE, send us an email and we will send you instructions as to how to enable your cookies with the operating system you use in your computer.)

2. Can I download the videos on ShowJumperClinic.com?

We don't offer downloads of our video files. You can see the videos for as many times as you wish during the time frame of your membership, but you can not download the videos on your computer.

3. How can I cancel my membership?

Cancelling your membership is easy, quick and can be done at anytime by yourself. All you have to do is send us an email through the Contact Us page from the website's home page. Let us know your first and last name with your email address and passwword and your membership will be cancelled within 24 hrs. You will not longer be billed on your credit card as soon as your membership has been cancelled. You will also receive an email confirmation from us confirming that your account has been closed as per your request. You can also click on the Subscribe link on the home page, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the "Instructions To Cancel My Membership" link for guidence.

4. How do I install Windows Media Player?

To install Windows Media Player 9 , click on the Technical Requirements link from the home page, and from there you will be taken to the Micorsolft download page for WMP9. There you will be asked what Operating System you have in your computer (ex. Windows 98, Windows 2000, Windows XP etxc.) once you choose which operating system you have, just click on the instructed link to automatically download the player into your compueter and you are ready to go.

5. How many times can I watch the videos presented?

Once you become a member to ShowJumperClinic.com, you can watch any video for as many times as you want.

6. How often do you add new videos, and how will I know there is a new one posted?

To keep up to date with all new videos posted and other announcements, please sign up for our Free Newsletter by clicking on the Newsletter link from the home page. We try to add at least one video per trainer per month but that is not always possible. Sometimes for certain trainers, there will be one new video every two months, and then that same trainer might have three new videos in one month. The important thing to remember is that our policy is to always present new videos for our members.

7. How quickly can I cancel my membership after I have signed up.

You can cancel your membership any time you wish. If you have just signed up, might as well watch all lessons before the end of your 30 day time limit. If you cancel before your paid time limit has expired, you will not loose the time period that you paid for, meaning that after you notify us of your cancellation, your credit card will no longer be billed but you will still be able to sign into the website with your username and password up until the last day of your 30 day cycle. If you have more questions about this matter, please send us an email from the Contact Us link from the home page.

8. I can't remember my password, what do I do?

No problem. Click on the Sign In link from the home page and there you will see a link saying "Forgot Password", click on it and follow the instructions.

9. I signed up for the Newsletter but I am still not getting it, what's up?

Make sure that our email address is included in your email address book (Outlook for example) or our Newsletter might be placed in the reject folder (spam) by your email client and you might never see it.

10. I was enjoying watching a video over and over again and suddenly, I can't find that video posted, What happened to it?

Older videos are removed regularly to make space for new videos as they become available. This helps to keep the site up-to-date and to provide you with the lastest in dressage training videos.

11. If I have a problem with anything, how can I contact you?

To contact us just click on the Contact Us link in the grey tool bar from the home page, type your message in the fields and click Submit. This comes to us as an email and we answer all messages within 24 hrs. Your email will be answered by either our Tech Support Team or our Management Support Team. If you don't have access to the website, send us an email at info@ShowJumperClinic.com.

12. Is my credit card information safe if I sign up as a member.?

If you choose to subscribe to our website as a "member", your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card information and IP address are stored by one of our billing companies, not by us. They are of the most reputable billing companies on the internet. Very safe and secure. You can read their privacy policies on their website, www.2ChekcOut.com None of your credit card information is stored by us, we only store your login (username and password), name, phone number and address for identification purposes. Membership information is never sold or otherwise distributed to third parties. We do not use membership information to contact members about promotions. Membership information is only used to help find your membership information in the event you need to cancel.

13. On my computer the screen playing the video is very small. On my friends computer monitor, it is much bigger. What can I do?

The video screen size is not a full monitor screen size as the present technology will not allow us to do this yet and still maintain a certain level of acceptable quality. The size of the video screen depends ofcourse on the size, quality and resolution of your monitor. If your computer gives you a very small sized screen, try the following:
Open Internet Explorer
Click on Tools
Click on Internet Options
Click on the Advanced tab
Under the Multimedia Section look for:
"Don't Display Online Media Content In The Media Bar"
Put a check mark on this and close all windows and try it again. If the above does not work, try the following.
Click on any video so that it starts playing.
As it plays, place your cursor on the video screen and RIGHT click
Click on ZOOM
Click on 100% and that should do it. Make sure that the video is playing on the blue ShowJumperClinic.com pop up screen with the description of the video and not on the Windows player at the bottom left hand side of the monitor which is always small as a postage stamp. Let us know if you have a problem.

14. What is the difference between Watching Streaming Video and Downloaded Video

We do not download videos into your computer. Downloading Videos is when the actual video comes inside your computer and sits there. It takes tremendous amount of space in your computer and it becomes cumbersome and technically complicated for you to find where the video is in your computer. Streaming video, is what we do. It means that you are actually watching the video as it plays on the internet. This is why you need a high speed internet connection. It does not take up any space inside your computer, and it reduces any chance of viruses and other complications among other things. Streaming Video is the way of the future.

15. What is Windows Media Player?

Windows Media Player is a multiformat media-viewing system. If your computer is not too old, most likely it is already installed in your computer along with Internet Explorer. If you computer is a little older, perhaps you don't have it installed yet and to do so, it easy, quick and free. To install Windows Media Player 9, simply click on the Technical Requirements link on the home page, and then click on the button saying Windows Media Player 9. This link will take you to the appropriate Microsoft download page, and from there follow the simple instructions as to what to click on to automatically download the player onto your computer.

16. What versions of Windows Media Player are supported?

Currently we only support Windows Media Player 9. To obtain Windows Media Player 9, see the Technical Requirements page.

17. When I watch a video, am I actually downloading the video into my computer?

When a member watches any video on ShowJumperClinic.com, there is NO downloading. Downloading is an older technology that is cumbersome and complicated and takes up all the room in anyone's computer. What ShowJumperClinic.com services to its members is a new technology called Streaming Video, meaning that you can watch any video on the website right on the internet. All you need is a DSL or Cable internet connection with Windows Media Player version 9 which is free from the Microsoft website and you are ready to go. You can watch any video on the site for as many times as you wish and it does not take up any room in your computer nor is there any delay to watch the videos, each video starts playing within 20 seconds.

18. Will my credit card information and email address be secure?
